Ms. Fitzgerald is an expert in strategic planning and implementation. She guides and leads the business through substantial change using strong and effective leadership.

Richard LANDREVILLE

Richard Landreville has been a flying instructor and airline pilot for more than 35 years. He has also held many important positions, such aviation pilot and consultant for the United Nations and other local and international organizations. Since 2001, he has served as a pilot verifier on Airbus 310 and Airbus 330 for Air Transat, a major international airline.  In addition, he has been the Regional Director of the *Pilot Assistance* Group for the ALPA, the largest pilots' union in the world. Its role is to help pilots with problems that may affect their performance in flight. For more than 35 years, Richard Landreville has worked in the aviation field and has gained extensive experience as an instructor and consultant on the international scene.

GOEMAN

Working in the field of aeronautics for over 25 years, Marc Goeman is an expert in his field.  This seasoned pilot has accumulated over 18,000 hours of flying time, has extensive experience in air transportation operations and in the design of airline structures adapted to specific operations.  He completed several missions for the United Nations in South America, Africa, and in the Caribbean.

ARDOUIN

Born in Africa, Pierre Ardouin has been a flying instructor for many years. With this exciting experience in hand and with his passion for aviation he found himself pursuing a career as a private corporate jet pilot which brought him to the far reaches of Europe, Africa, and Asia.  He has also been responsible for the training of various international and Canadian airline companies. Currently, he heads the training department at Consulting Aviation. Mr. Ardouin is concerned with ensuring a high quality of training and has several years of experience in flight school management, whether for the planning of ground courses or for the programming of flight training.

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS MANAGER

André Kamseu's interests in the aerospace industry are vast, particularly in the area of ​​security. Trained at ENAC (National School of Civil Aviation), he became an instructor, evaluator and expert in civil aviation safety and continued his training at ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) under the auspices of Concordia University.

His leadership position in a vocational training center has allowed him to establish a privileged relationship with IATA (International Air Transport Association), becoming a regional partner and a representative of the Europe and East Africa region. In collaboration with IATA, he developed his networks in Africa, working directly with civil aviation authorities and heads of state.

Understanding the realities and challenges of international civil aviation, it has the ability to negotiate at the highest level to conquer the markets of emerging economies that need to reach international standards.
